Now I see this is difficult for a "wise man" to understand. But this has settlement written all over it. Why was Discovery closed 10 days earlier than scheduled? Because there are settlement talks underway. Got it? And there wont be a trial and there wont be treble damages. Where do people get these cockamamy ideas from?
