B) a drug that jumped 50% in a year
C) some combination of the two above. Eg 15% a year for 9 years in a row.

I get your point but I don't really care for now, as by the time RVNC's sales in therapeutic is significant enough to constraint their pricing dynamic in aesthetics, RVNC's market cap should be much larger than 450mm.
