That sounds right. My only thought is if EMA saw the details of the data and suggested Anavex apply for approval, then perhaps BP has seen it as well. Anavex clearly does not have the staff (30-40 employees) to handle marketing, manufactruing and distribution if EMA gives the green light and I cannot imagine they would wait until then to partner up.
