I have no idea, at this point, if it's a tell or not. I'm sure they'll show off the new space and the new equipment, but who knows what "device demonstration" means. Would be nice if they had an actual PIC to show off that they could say "this is what so and so will be buying". Wouldn't bet on it. I'm not even sure there's a difference between a license agreement and a tech transfer anymore, lol. I always thought the tech transfer would be with a foundry--give them the goo and let them bake it into various designs. But the line seems really blurred between the goo makers, designers, foundries, component makers, and end users, etc.
