I doubt that Reuters is lying

......no doubt. So now the USA will be left behind in the mass adoption of EV's. Tesla will dominate the market with higher priced cars while the legacy companies flounder about, making pronouncements about EV's while doing nothing. Looks like BYD will be the mass market provider. The robotaxi declarations are getting stale.
