Seve, once shareholders approve, then it has to go to UK regulators for approval. I am not sure what the approval process is at that point. But in reading the regulations, it appears that regulators need to review Amarin's books, and possibly even get confirmation from creditors (in our case, I think this would only be our API provider).

I would expect no sooner than June or July before we get approval. But hard to say.
