It is quite convoluted indeed. I don't understand the intricacies very well at all. My notes below :

My assumption is that the Floodcx is an empty shell that houses certain of Danzik's IPs, mostly his 'photonic' and 'rare earth' activities. Was it chosen as a convenient existing -already listed- structure?
FLCX was to contribute $18 million in contractual sales to the merger which was cancelled.

Danzik is the CEO and probably the largest shareholder of Floodcx and it is understandable he has no interest in keeping that name, which is not related to his activities. But why did he choose to rename the company Quantum Energy Corporation (ticker flcx) while the mergee was Quantum Energy Inc (ticker: QREE)? It is unnecessarily confusing.

Quantum Energy Inc (not Quantum Energy Corporation) is the 'magnetic propulsion' part of the scheme. Although Quantum Energy Inc's original mission doens't fit :
Quantum Energy, Inc. is an energy focused company, which engages in the provision of mid-size refinery complexes to stimulate local and regional economies. The firm offers processing systems to promote green energy hydrocarbon processing. Its projects include Dominion Energy and Easy Energy. The company was founded on February 5, 2004 and is headquartered in Henderson, NV.

There was a failed reverse merger between Quantum Energy Inc and Inductance Energy Corporation (this is the real entity that developped the magnetic propulsion activities). What is the current relationship between Quantum Energy Inc and IEC? Unclear.

The website named qree.energy seems to be an umbrella website. Indeed, the name qree is the ticker of Quantum Energy Inc, the activities described span activities from FLCX, QREE and IEC (however, you will notice that the IPs from IEC are NOT detailed on the website, the 'Magnetic propulsion page' has been empty for a while).

So, yes, confusing...
