Overturned or not... DBMM is dead! But it won't be overturned! The BEST case scenario is that they come up with a payment plan that Asher accepts... but he has already refused that option, that is why the judge ordered the entire company turned over!

They have been touting the bullshit mezzanine financing for what, 2 years???? Why any investor would believe it for a second is a mystery to me!
