My house went up $50k in last 2 months ($27k last 30 days alone)....It's crazy here....wife & I walk around the neighborhood a month or so ago and saw a for sale sign put up on a Friday...Monday we walked by and the for sale sign had sold sign on it...I talked to the owner of the house, said wow, that was fast...he said "yeah, 3 hours" LMAOOO

My neighbor had an open house on a saturday, 3 days later after bidding war he got $90k over his asking price...my house has always been most expensive house in my neighborhood and his sold for $60k over my house "value"...I bet I could easily get $150k over current "value"...getting very tempting

Point of story is depends on where you live for real estate...
