08/18/21 - Zoom meeting with UofM representatives/employees and Amit N. Patel (presumed to be holding 115m+149m shares of TSOI stock. During the meeting , TSOI requests from UofM all supporting documentation from University of Miami regarding P2 IND in zoom meeting; Dr. Ricordi then threatens TSOI in meeting, “destroy TSOI” among other comments.

08/20/21 - MicroCap Daily publishes false article “TSOI files for EUA” Incorrect headline.
Referenced by Amit N. Patel in his Restem IPR deposition under oath, FYI. Remembered that article, but not the $15 million CPN from TSOI...

09/27/21 - Doe #2 publishes first attack after months of pumping TSOI directed at CEO/Tim Dixon and TSOI’s investor relations forum.

09/29/2021 Restem files IPR w/ USPTO v JadiCell LLC over “claimed cells “ / ‘176 Patent validity challenge; JadiCell, llc fails to inform licensee/TSOI. Only to later discover through social media trading platform posts in November, 2021

02-23-22 Settlement Agreement was entered into between TSOI and JadiCell LLC, Mr. Black(JadiCell lawyer) writes letter to UofM defining TSOI’s exclusive rights re Use of JadiCell for Lung.

02-23-22 Note converted (see SEC filings) for 149,402,390 shares of common stock, then valued at $0.0208 per share, for the EPLA, with a final value of the license being book recorded at $3,107,570.

03-25-22 Therapeutic Solutions International Completes Purchase of FDA Phase III JadiCell Stem Cell Investigational New Drug Application from University of Miami

03-28-2022 Dr. Camillo Ricordi replaced by Dr. Dr. James Veltmeyer as principal investigator on proposed FDA cleared Ph 3 CV19/ARDS Trial.
Transfer of 2b IND to TSOI consummated (see SEC filings).

Aug/Sept of 2022, Dr. Ricordi and Dr. Patel deposed by Restem, LLC subject to IPR.
Neither Dr. can remember exactly who gave whom what, when. Perplexing.

10/24/2022 - TSOI files SEC 8K detailing potential perjury by Drs. Ricordi and Patel.
Both blame Restem for “halting trial”, as it were. Historically, dates are at odds. TSOI progress was reportedly never impeded by Restem prior to 9/27/2021.

1/11/23 - Zoom meeting with UofM employee (Dr. Norma Sue Kenyon accompanied by Counselor Javier Peral w/ TSOI representatives.
Later reproduced in 2/20/23 SEC filed 8K informing UofM/Kenyon of disturbing discoveries related to P2 IND documents (or lack thereof) and Dr. Ricordi’s “I never read the patent” deposition testimony w/ Restem.

4/20/2023 - TSOI Files to initiate Phase III clinical trial for All ARDS Causation.

6/16/23 - Restem Files NOA (Notice of Appeal) after unanimous PTAB (Patent and Trademark Approval Board/3 judges) ruling to uphold the ‘176 JadiCell Material Patent.
JadiCell, llc/Amit N. Patel fails to notify TSOI, again. 2nd time. Breach of contract agreement?

7/11/23 - Tim Dixon docketed in DC Appellate Court as “unrepresented person”, files 1st of 2 Amicus Briefs- 1st ENTERED on 8/29/23 detailing pertinent information related to upheld IPR.
