Well if I give my proof now then Id have nothing to show in court now would I. But I did tell you where to find it didnt I? Linda knows about it. Thats why she will never bring it to court. Heck just the insider trading stuff would send a few to jail.
The wins are artificial. The company dug themselves a hole and managed to climb out. Thats not winning. In fact before their fall they were on the QB, so factually theyre still in the hole.

PS: it should be mandatory for everyone here to read the filings, really understand them, and make notes from 2002 to 2012. Then take those notes and understandings and read this board from the same period. That will tell you who's who, what lies were told, who got screwed, who got pissed off and walked out, who does all the work, and who no one wants to work with. As well as why we 'bashers'(lol) make the claims we do. Its a lot to take in yes, but as you keep asking why do we always fall back to years ago. Its because thats where all the answers are (and it has nothing to do with 'all in the past' or 'looking forward) to which I agree with the last one, but once youve seen it so many times it becomes as predictable as a Gilligans Island episode.
