I. Statements Referring to Dixon and Ichim’s Alleged Selling of Shares.
37. DOES 1-20 have accused me and others of selling and/or “dumping” their shares of TSOI stock against SEC Rules and Regulations. In September 2021, DOE 1 using the screen “CEOTimDixonisaFRAUD” said: “Yeah I don't know with Timmah and his insiders dumping putting out fluff prs to attempt to prop up the ops it will continue down I'm afraid. All's not rosy like he says it is.” (9/02/2021 03:16:50 p.m.)
38. These types of statements continued through 2023. On Feb 13, 2023 at 10:26 a.m., CEOTimDixonisaFRAUD stated: “$TSOI and guess what this changes nothing this is a DIULTION MACHINE Its a scam share selling operations. At the end of the day what happens. Why do you think @Thomaslchim was asked to pump the boards with his science .... they still have shares to dump on unsuspecting investors. Its a complete SHAM. Oh and screw you eternally lchim.”
39. They continued right into August 2023 – DOE 1 “CEOTimDixonisaFRAUD” wrote on Aug 10, 2023 at 8:20 a.m. the following: “$TSOI Look for more big block dilution (5-10 mil shares a dump) brought to you by these turds scumbag and mangy ass looking CEO Tim “Twat” Dixon and his cohort Thomas “FOREHEAD ALERT” @Thomasichim. The goal here is to fleece as many investors as possible then repeat the process either by reverse split (most likely) or a scam subsidiary spinoff. Understand investors like myself who once believed in this fraud have had to learn how low these scumbags will go to line their filthy pockets. I believe the SEC is on their ass. Tic Toc losers its comin.”

Such seemingly confident, aggressive language published again and again. One might assume anyone with direct knowledge/proof of such things claimed over years would do more than chirp anonymously on a social media trading platform….am I right, MHG?

Is there a connection between these years long serial unhinged bashers and $TSOI SEC 8K named individuals? A campaign of this length and intensity would cost mightily, yes? Who’s the $$$$ behind this campaign to attempt to destroy TSOI, I wonder…
