Because it dumped a huge amount in december because of that guidance. The CEO sort of set him up for success because if they manage a break dven that will show a pivoting point and a move to profitability to setup for a better position for a buyout. Make no mistake the real money is in a buyout but its undervalued here, patents alond worth way more ghan here they have patents no one else has.
