If you look at the past 6-7 investments Lincoln Park Capital has made…LWLG, MVIS, PHUN, CYBN, MMAT, EVAX….they are all down like 50-80% over the past 1-2 years. How do they have the funds to keep investing in these major losers? Is it possible they are involved in the shorting/massive manipulation of all these small cap stocks?

It just seems too weird and corrupt to me.
