It’s only a matter of what the market knows is coming shares wise..if more shares are expected(which there were quite a few millions today)the incentive for market to raise price without demand is nill. Todays close at 8 proved the market is expecting more new shares but at least the bid/ask raised a notch and we did see briefly .001 on the ask for a second. The average close daily now is increasing/treading upward..OTC inherently limits the money coming in so demand competition is much less than in an exchange.
