You obviously don't understand how tough/impossible it is to get conventional funding while trading in pennyland in the last 2-3 years, let alone trading in the "tenths of a penny" range.
Only way this company gets conventional funding for trials IMO is IF the toxicity report is approved from the FDA.

Trade the pennies and nothing else.
