X just to clarify for everyone as far as the funds go it really doesn't matter if it is index or managed funds they have shares removed from the float. It will be a basic supply and demand issue where the supply is dwindling so when the demand comes with big news there will not be enough share for everyone who wants them. Nobody will sell there shares unless you pay high price. It's pretty basic, and throw on top of that his buddies who shorted they really don't want the price heading up , putting them in the red they will be forced to sell and adding to the demand.
I know mostly everyone here knows this but some don't realize that there will not be a lot of shares available!
