CRTG was offered two opportunities for a buyout over the past couple years, but declined due to unfavorable terms. I believe that’s why they went forward with the current scenario of acquiring Core Optics LLC via shares of stock. It believe the combination and synergy of the technologies going forward will put this company on the NASDAQ.
