My. Dear Market Makers of ACCR….

Read this very carefully….😎



THERE IS NO FRONT OF THE CERTIFICATE BECAUSE THE TA BACK THEN TOLD ME TO JUST USE A BACK COPY OF THE CERTIFICATE. SINCE THERE NEVER WAS AN ACTUAL STOCK CERTIFICATE ISSUED FOR 160,050,000 HOW CAN HER COPY OF MY ORIGINAL MEDALLION GUARANTEE BE VALID ANYWAY. I HAVE THE ORIGINAL AND THERE IS NO CERTIFICATE THAT MATCHES MY NAME AS INSTRUCTED BY THE BACK OF THE CERTIFICATE.”. There is no front of the certificate matching my name because Amy Merrill the TA instructed me to just use a back copy and get a Medallion Guarantee. This is an error on her part and this mistake should INVALIDATE my sale in March of 2021 to XU.

Again, 3 years later…..I have the original and the TA has a copy which in my opinion invalidates our transaction.

If a FEDERAL JUDGE invalidates the sale to XU, I will respect the new company Rack Billiards and EXPEL XU from any ownership of ACCR.

….and my Market Makers know that one way for me to get a FEDERAL JUDGE would be if I declare Bankruptcy 7,11, or 13. Probably a Chapter 7 would be best.
