Hi Market Makers.....

I am in so much pain right now. Here is the ORIGINAL back endorsed Medallion Guarantee with just a back copy fully endorsed by Bank Officers. The problem is, is that when I came to....as I was mind blown after making the deal with XU, I must have been MIXED UP what I was supposed to send back to Amy. She tells me that she has a machine that can tell if it's an original Medallion Guarantee. Here is the piece of paper which I contend is a copy, and therefore makes my sale to XU ILLEGAL because I've got the original copy of the original Medallion Guarantee. There was never a real certificate signed......just a copy of the back of any certificate. This was done so sloppy, that with my ORIGINAL medallion, under a Judge's order to examine the documents. I told AMY from the TA about the problem, and told her that I was going to send her back my original copy of that Medallion Guarantee.....but she won't talk to me anymore because I never sent back the original certificate. What if A JUDGE invalidates the transaction to XU....would there be a problem? She did email me, and I still have the email where she states that I have to go through the Judicial system to fix this mix-up. I never sent her back the original stock certificate. I am about a 9% holder of the shares unless some dilution starts, in which there would be a pump.......and then financing would short down the shares after the pump. Here it is,,,,,



I am a man of honor, and I believe that an injustice was done. I'll return his $25,000 and I will get back my original medallion guaranteed control of ACCR. I don't have a company merger, but what I do have is the fighting chance to get control of ACCR back to my hands. I'll find a good candidate for the Reverse Merger. Again, I have MMs that trust me, as they know that I will not screw them.

I HAVE THE ORIGINAL STOCK GUARANTEE!!! Just get any machine to authenticate the following as original, and the TA has a copy, which makes our deal and transaction invalid.



The transfer of control to XU back then was done in Mickey Mouse style. I'm a WARRIOR, and a SOLDIER, and the fighter in me is coming back. I just don't know if its too late. Oh, my son was also accepted to WEST POINT and ANAPOLIS, and I am very proud of the accomplishments of my Children. Any good attorneys out there understand what I am talking about? The transfer of ACCR control dated March 17, 2021 could be invalidated.
