I'm with Pitcook on this one; I don't see that these shares were awarded rather than purchased based on that form. (Actually, I had to dig up instructions for SEC Form 4 to learn that transaction code 'P' means "Open market or private purchase of non-derivative or derivative security." If that's the case I don't think this transaction is dilutive.)

I do, however, see these shares were purchased by a "director" of the company that does not appear to have been elected by shareholders. Did any of you receive proxy voting materials, or notification of shareholder meetings? THAT is quite possibly a criminal offense that would hopefully carry jail time as a penalty.
