Thanks Jasbg. I've seen that documentary. Very enlightening. Like many food or nutrition documentaries, you have to watch with a skeptical eye. Some of the claims can be spurious. But I think one thing that vegans, carnivores, and omnivores can all agree on is that there is much value in local, well-treated, grass-fed (or free-range) animals, vs. the feed-lot, crammed-cage animals that many of us consume.
