Patents alone are worth at least 2-3x this marketcap, they have proprietary patents that no one else has. I dont see how this doesnt get a buyout offer this year. Its just what the board is willing to approve. We know it will have to be above Watsa average so we can guess at least $8 or $9 a share is the lowest. Id guess $8-$17 buyout range.

Revenue declining I dont see a huge problem if they can push what revenue they have cash flow positive, and work on getting the largest buyout price for shareholders.
