here is another obvious common sense fact:........ if the bank is going is going to foreclose on your mortgage because you are in arrears in your payments, WOULD YOU LET THE BANK TAKE YOUR HOUSE AND ANY EQUITY YOU HAD IF YOU HAD A SOURCE OF MONEY THAT WAS AVAILABLE?????????.......common sense, use them, they work......
