Hey Zip..... yes it would be interesting but it would also be problematic........ humans have eaten meat throughout our evolution...... monkeys, although they have many similarities to humans, are not meat eaters........ that's why studies are so challenging....... one of the earliest studies and a major foundation of the cholestorl causes heart disease.......In 1913, a study by a Russian pathologist, Nikolay Anichkov showed that rabbits fed on cholesterol developed lesions in their arteries similar to atherosclerosis, suggesting a role for cholesterol in atherogenesis. Duh! So the obvious major flaw in this widely accepted study by the medical community is that rabbits don't naturally eat food full of cholesterol........ it makes me laugh how these people who are so smart lack common sense. Feed a human the diet of a rabbit and see what that causes.
