Well JRoon, the fact that humans have been cooking red meat at high temperatures on an open flame for 1 million years. If that caused cancer, we'd be extinct. Any studies on red meat causes cancer, are observational studies...... not good science..... it's one of those extraordinary claims without extraordinary evidence. So until there is a randomized controlled blinded study showing this, it's just a theory.
