Lebby needed to show first that is was faster then had to demonstrate a path forward to the next level of performance beyond the 1st step. We've got this for Decades baby.

Lightwave Supplies the Material, Lightwave Licenses out the Patents and may or may not provide some help. The foundries are the prebuilt assembly lines, typically one would expect Lightwave would need to build a multi-Billion Dollar foundry.
