It is pretty much over here...

The company admitted in court to being broke and unable to come up with the settlement money! They ended up defaulting on the reduced settlement amount, as well!

Clearly they cannot afford to ever file or even issue a PR! And why should they since Asher would be the only one to benefit?

The court ordered them to turn over the company's shares to Asher... and by the look of Friday's trading... it looks like it happened!
