More and more Darrow Associates seems to be the hospice of OTC market companies to me?

Did Xcelerate "engage" with Darrow to destroy the shell XCRT?

I've seen some Darrow companies tank before a R/S? Is that what they are setting up here?

I said at .06 it was way to much to reverse split at that price and the price would have to be brought down to .02 or .01?

I think that's what Mike and Darrow are setting up?

Not sure but the more I read up on Darrow the less confident I feel?

Is Darrow the beginning of the end for the OTC?
