Many of us may not really understand the significance of 100% Board’s control, it equates to 100% AUTONOMY to execute the re-structuring plan in double-quick time (no board resistance). Make AMRN clean again. Hence forth, also shortened the turn around time of the company tremendously.

Factors beyond Board control, such as Legal Appeal outcome, 3 EU nations (France, Italy, Germany) approvals and reimbursements, lets isolate them separately from the double-quick re-structuring effort put in thus far.

AMRN’s turn-around really takes time, and will be a home-run if it happens. If your investment horizon cannot wait for another 1-3 years from now, then AMRN is not for you.
