As I've often said, UPS maintains its profits and growing dividends by regularly raising pricing regardless of business basics. UPS's statement today suggests that method has become unsustainable for them and they are paying more attention to competition. The company I owned largely stopped using UPS years ago and went with the USPO or even local couriers.
