1. Do we know it's in the dumpster? Will Charles continue it if SAGA goes OTC?
2. if Charles is no longer part of ENZC and Chandra declined CEO, this is just a guess, but I'm thinking that they're going to split BGEN away from ENZC.

I held mainly because of Clone 3, then the addition of AI, both of which I believe are under BGEN. If BGEN splits away, what are we left with?
