Mr. MJ16: This is a noteworthy moment in the slow collapse of Danzik's "Photon Engine" scam. One feature of the proposed merger was that Danzik would be the CEO of the new company. Maybe the officers of Quantum Energy Inc decided that they might be more likely to avoid being prosecuted by the SEC for SECURITIES FRAUD if they refrained from making Danzik their CEO.
