The Company prevailed step by step especially with the LTIs in Oct 2017 who are in it to win it.

They already effectively own it! They have put far more money into this company than it is worth! If they stop funding and force BANKRUPTCY, they will own it outright! DBMM isn't a charity... but may be a good tax write off!
