$5MILLION CASH coming into Astra ..
Astra received a non-refundable deposit of $500K
getting another $500K and a note or receivable for another 4M$ payable which pays out in 180 days
getting 25k per month in interest payments
PLUS 4M shares in the newco with a big Texas group as their partner to go forward... stellar deal done by Astra!
