Not quite the type of forward progress I was hoping for but perhaps there will be a bright side

For the record I don't expect many other if any law firms to file a motion for lead plaintiff as the deadline expires on May 12th. This would be a good indication that the case is unlikely to go very far.

Then we just have to wait at least a year for news that might matter.
