Nevo, the board and our CEO do not seem to care about the law. There have been no shareholders meetings in over a decade. The board members have not lived up to their fiduciary responsibilities, protecting shareholders, and have broken the law. They should be SUED. The board members should go to JAIL. Joe should go to JAIL. IVDN needs a new board and a new CEO

I am surprised some of the long time larger shareholders like GD, pitcook, window, Nevo with long time "skin" in the game have not sued.

This company is going nowhere with Joe Ricelli running things. Let's say IVDN sell all the existing inventory of Insultex. It won't add up to many $$$$'s. Don't the financials show IVDN loses money on every sale? IVDN doesn't have the money to purchase new inventory. What happens next?

Why are IVDN and Lindus talking about Arctic Armor? It is a DEAD line of products, KILLED by our CEO. What an IDIOT he is.
