It’s for imo and many others, as a storehouse of electronic capital. You know that. There are many other reasons you obviously know. This is a replica of the transformation of gold to institutions and retail in a similar pattern with the US coming off the gold standard. Bitcoin is the play IMO for multiple reasons.
Others can swing trade and by flipping, not have the timing to get back in on a runner. The taxation of flipping is another killer. You know all this I’m sure.
It’s not a debate of fundamental analysis vs. TA at all. It’s just the investment approach and the type of investor we all are, long or short.
