Why couldn’t NWBO request the FDA go the ADCOM route for DCVAX? I think the vote would almost be unanimous for NWBO. Of course the advisory comm is not binding but the FDA generally follows the committee’s advice. I just can’t see a committee not giving the Cancer patients hope where there has been nothing new in decades! Add to the fact that there are few if any side effects just cements my opinion it would probably be a 12-0 decision.
