Here is an example of some of your lies.. anyone can go online and confirm these facts:
1) Astra gave15M shares? ....truth is it was 10M and they likely saw something in the technology that they nurtured for a year until going public that it was ready for UL certification so that complaint dried up.
2) Loudon took over in July 2023 and stock was what? he says 41 cents ... truth is it was ranging with no volume between 10 and 17 cents and shot up with volume to 40 cents plus when he personally paid out the convertible note.
3) Astra has to pay 300k per month on the powertron deal lol ?!... truth is Astra picked up $500K and getting another $500K and a note or receivable for another 4M$ payable which pays out the $4M cash in 180 days (fyi its 25k per month which Astra collects.simple math) PLUS 4M shares in the newco with a big Texas group as their partner to go forward... stellar deal done by Astra management led by loudon!
4) Earlier you said Holcomb is getting kicked out of his building and broke... truth is he won all four hearings and was awarded costs, legal fees with prejudice and looks like he will win very easily on the second case in tenessee. More lies and more fabrications that just go on and on ..
5) Holcomb bankruptcy? Holcomb investing in Astra? not sure even what that new lie means lol ..another good one ...if the UL happens he will have more money that he knows what to do with.
Hocomb in contempt? where is this one? no that may have been your uncle lol
6) Astra is pumping... truth is very little news considering everything that is going on and need more from the company!

Astra with or without this holcomb manufacturing agreement and because of its projects and two bigger divisions Africa with over 500Megawatts in development!! and Waste to Energy projects where it owns the IP has a ton going on! Further it has a great structure with no debt and less than 80m out fully and it will end up where its business achievements merit.... the rest, including your great need to be heard is meaningless noise
