I don't believe that Sharp loaned FORW $2M. It was very odd that Foote/HUMBL settled the Sharp lawsuit do quickly.

I have seen this many times - someone involved in the scam (Sharp) provided a fake loan or payment to the company (HUMBL) - it is settled very quickly and one of the terms in the settlement is 3(a)10 exemption.

This is used when the loan or convertible note is repaid in stock - because it means the stock is free trading immediately.

But there isn't anyway that Sharp loaned FORW $2M.
