The action that started all of DBMM’s “problems” was the suspension of their auditor.

I submit to you that DBMM caused all the issues subsequent to that auditor suspension. Now, I don’t have the number of clients that the suspended auditor had - but I’ll bet the MAJORITY of them had no problems with re-auditing all the required filings. That was the requirement and I’m quite positive others did it.

DBMM caused their OWN problems. After they finally got those refillings done, Linda felt she had to fight Asher, instead of keeping up with the other filings that were due. LINDA is the cause of all DBMM’s subsequent problems, not the SEC.
