Warn Act applies to a lay off of a min 50 employees within a 30 day period. Revance is letting go less than 50 employees at a time on average about 40-60 days apart. Warn Act doesn’t apply to layoffs of strictly remote employees — ALL of the remaining Irvine office employees are strictly remote.

The WARN Act requirement in California is 50 employees over a 90 day period if employees are not terminated on the same date. Also, the WARN Act in California applies to any plant closure regardless of the number of employees.

How many employees are part of the RIF? BTW, how did you screw up the fact manufacturing is conducted out of Newark vs. Irvine?

Define "overworked". BTW, less is more and I would highly encourage you to embrace that fact. Otherwise, the rest of your working days are going to be challenging.
