They need to put it in writing or I just don't believe the regulators will see the two as comparable without a safety trial.

You all keep throwing out this ridiculous "lives are a stake" narrative. L is available for a long time now with or without the skeptics. Critica are not denying patients some miracle treatment! Even if the Plll data is right, an additional 5% survival at 5 years is nothing to brag about especially given survival figures in some of the newer trials. No, this process is being dragged out by management for whatever reason.
