The Restructuring of the SS to try to get closer to a higher exchange before having created, run and proven a vialble Business with revenue within the OTC seems to be putting the Cart in front of the Horse

A more modest 10:1 R/S with the Launching of the platform and the Building of revs would seem more Prudent

It would leave a More Fluid SS where the PPS can trade with a less Volatile Spread and lend itself to less need for Dilution as the PPS could grow organically to bring up the MC

With a 10:1 _ attaining an ~ $100Mill MC is ~$6 PPS on ~16Mill O/S

With a 100:1 _ Attaining an ~$100Mill MC is ~ $60 PPS on ~1.6Mill O/S which would call for the need to Dilute due to trading dynamics

Still yet to be seen/known how much $$ was raised, How it will be incorporated into the SS which tmu should be classified Restricted
