Who cares.. 1 million shares, 10k shares, if revenue never comes, they're not worth shit anyways. If it does, we all make money. What the R/S at 100 to 1 does, is put it abobe the $1 nasdaq minimum sooner... so if the revenue the uplisting comes sooner.
What were the expectations? That they bought this shell just to immediately pay is all a significant multiple on our build a block investment? To, everyone who held this with unrealistic expectations or not understanding what you had... I will buy you out.

I have to agree with you.
I'd have pulled the R/S under this goofy BABL symbol snd name before I tainted my company logo.
Clean the shell up first. Then build it.

It looks to me they under estimated FINRA's response execution.

It's like the Compsny thought it would be a simple filing of paper with a responsive reply. NOT!

Now they are going with Plan B. Or find another shell. That I doubt. Theve come this far.
