I have reached out to FINRA and could not get an answer on the shorting issue.

I have expressed my disappointment at the timeline issues to Dr . Lebby in emails. His answer to my email of being the most excited he has ever been came two days ago. Just telling you what I got back from him. Hope it wasn't the jackass Marcelli responding to everyone's questions.

To be honest, I am swinging to the positive here. Due for a nice score.
