My view on the control block is positive. I am far more wary of all the other restricted. Control block is an effective way to transfer or split control of the entity w/o convertible preferred series which can turn into death spiral dilution. At least with the control block being restricted commons we don’t have to worry about those unwinding into the float. JMHO
