Just thinking out loud… I think control block would be transferred in whole or in part as part of an acquisition/change of control. Reduction/cancellations could be seen out of either A) the old legacy shares from long time ago (weren’t they nearing an arrangement or a settlement on canceling those?) or B) some of the more recently issued restricted shares. Not saying I expect it… just saying it would be nice.
