The spam included two Twitter images from Dec 14 @ 8:41am and Dec 15 @ 9:30am. Turns out the sender has made NO POSTS AT ALL ON THE SPZI BOARD. What he/she DOES DO is post endlessly on the Digital Brand Media and Marketing Group Inc (DBMM) board. https://investorshub.advfn.com/Digital-Brand-Media-and-Marketing-Group-Inc-DBMM-5130 According to their website they're apparently a company in the business of being paid to recruit gullible dupes to invest in garbage tickers like this. You have to go back to 10/13/23 to find a post on any other stock.

I'VE ALREADY GOTTEN CONFIRMATION FROM ONE PERSON HERE THAT THEY RECEIVED THE SAME SPAM AND NOW FEEL DUPED INTO TAKING A POSITION BASED ON IT!

Smelling a pump scam from the start I began my usual DD. As I suspected both the ticker and the new CEO raise serious red flags for me which I posted with VERIFIABLE LINKS (court records, SEC and SOS filings, and the direct involvement of a convicted criminal/ ex-con (with a 15+ year history of involvement in SPOOZ) who spent time in Federal prison for securities fraud (not to mention all the other tickers he raped and destroyed)
